Scope of Support for Product Development and Mass Production

Product Development

Up to KRW 17,000 per product (including VAT)

  • Budget may include product planning, prototype production, packaging design, product registration, and marketing (e.g., crowdfunding).
  • Material costs for prototype production may be allocated up to KRW 2,000 (including VAT) at the discretion of the applicant, with materials purchased by the design company.

Mass Production

Up to KRW 9,000 per product (including VAT)

  • Budget may include production costs such as CNC processing, mold fabrication, and material costs, based on the unit price estimated during product development.
  • For general taxpayers, VAT (10%) must be paid separately.

Selection Method The final score is calculated by combining the average of the subjective scores (excluding the highest and lowest) with the objective score.
→ Projects scoring 70 points or higher are selected in order of highest total score.
